Creative Good

The concept I would like to create and develop is 'Creative Good'. An online (web and app) platform to connect creative volunteers with charities, NGOs, social businesses and projects/campaigns to collectively make a good social impact. It will be a social business which is free for volunteers and non-profit charities, and made profitable by charging a small fee for the registration of profit-based social business. As the philosophy is always to create a better world via creativity, the registration fee will be small, and each organisation should be assessed appropriately to their scale.

Creative Good aims to provide a brilliant platform for people with proven creative skills to help these organisations, and in return get the chance to work with high profile charities, and social businesses.

The volunteers/ creatives:

Students, graduates, or skilled freelance creatives. Must be able to provide proof of ability by either education/experience level or samples/ portfolio. Anyone of any level of skill is welcome to apply, with or without experience, as long as they can provide some kind of creative skill proof.

The organisations;

All charities, NGOs/ businesses/ projects with a social impact are welcome to apply. They will gain fresh, bright ideas and concepts from the skilled creative generation with the future in mind.

Is it free?

For all volunteers and registered charities/ non-profit organisations and campaigns, yes. For profit-driven social businesses there is a small yearly fee, but this is based on the scale of the business.

Who can be a creative?

Anyone who can offer ideas in the following skill sets; media (social media, branding, marketing), writers (copy, web text, inspirational), photographers, design (all branches), film makers

How will the platform exist?

Website, and app. Primarily an easy to navigate membership website.As both organisations and volunteers must go through a non-automated application, no payments will be made through the website. The decision to approve either organisation or creative is done on a personal level.
