We are trying to make Team 99 Per Room into a legal 501(c)(3) charity so that investors and donators will have fewer hurdles to helping us achieve our goal of raising money for cancer research, awareness and prevention.
As a legal charity, people will be able to donate directly to Team 99 Per Room and we will be able to distribute the funds as we see fit, while still ensuring everyone who donates gets the full tax write-off they are entitled to.
Unfortunately there are costs associated with creating a non-profit, and that is what this initial funding campaign is for.
