Creating Jobs for the Hungry

Lets create jobs for the hungry........          

        I am a strong believer in "give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime".  I work in the U.S. as an office Manager.  I live close to
one of the poorest cities in Mexico. I want to open up a shop at several shopping centers
around the city of Mexicali . I've been in retail for over 30 years. I strongly feel that I
have many years of experience to bring to the table. What I dont have is the funds for the
start up cost. My shop will include much needed items such as household items, affordable solar power
security gadgets, shoes for tots and perhaps canned goods as well. It will basically be what we refer
to as a variety store. I want to employ 2 or maybe 3 people at the first location and then
move on from there to open up additional shops. I already have been experimenting with
several suppliers . The funds that are colleted will be used for rent,inventory,salaries,display merchandise,etc,etc. I have $300.00 plus some merchadise I already purchased while testing suppliers. Unfortunately,after crunching numbers, I fall short of my start up cost.Please help me create jobs for this region.
