My vision of life is to make this world a better place; to get people connected; to make them smile and guard them to a happier, healthier and sustainable living.

I created a plant-based cookbook with complementary recipes as guidelines to lead people to a healthier life. The Complementary Recipes are carefully designed, aiming to provide you with the best possible care and show you it is possible to absorb nutrients best through food. The plant-based recipes with gluten-free option allow you to explore nourishment from a whole new perspective to see food as your best friend. This is not an ordinary cookbook, but more a life-guide where all methods invite you to get creative yourself and to find your way into creating healthy, nutritious food.

With this book, I want to make a change in the world. My goal is to make the knowledge of a balanced diet and the connected healing benefits accessible to anyone! We should all be able to live a fulfilled, happy and meaningful life, where we are in alignment with ourselves and the whole planet.

About the fundraising:

I aim to raise £3000 to print 1000 copies in two different languages with a local, eco-printing company. I haven't had the opportunity in my life to earn enough money to start my own business; therefore, I ask for the help of the community. I want to give something back to all beings, which will highly benefit you, everyone around you and the whole world. But for this, I need to be able to make it happen.
