Create a Recruitment agency with a difference!

I have  a plan to create a recruitment agency with a difference from what has become the norm in the UK market.  

Coming from a background of successful agency recruitment, I would like to develop a business based on my learnings, and expand this across the UK market. 

Changing jobs is one of the most stressful events in a persons life, and the model I have developed will recognize and support this event, ensuring the wellbeing of the candidate involved.  A careful and tested process will be used to ensure a fit before placing a candidate into an organisation, and a similar process is used to ensurre a fit from the client side too.
