Crafty Bee’s Beer (craft,organic and gluten free beer)

Hello fellow ale lovers and possible converts,

I am trying to raise capital to secure shop premises to open a real ale and craft beer shop, showcasing the best beers/ales that are available from independent brewers based in London and regional brewers from across the UK. Alongside this I will stock various ciders, meads, scrumpies, London Gins and gourmet beer snacks, bringing the pub to your home.

For a while I have watched as the craft/real ale market has got bigger and bigger, but with limited places to buy from, unless you live in a trendy part of town or live close to a Waitrose. But even then choice is limited. I would like to stock upwards of 120 different ales/ciders to meet this increasing demand. These ales can be pared with food, much like wine and I'll holding beer tasting evenings; pairing ales with curries from Thailand, India and Carribean food. Ale for Italian foods the list goes on.... Theres a beer for everything!  I hope my shop will become a hub for beer buffs, passing trade and also restaurant owners looking to widen and better their menus.

The reason I'm asking for funding is because I've applied for funding but the time gap between presenting my business plan and very good financial forecast - and this being accepted and recieving funding is quite long.  Which leaves me with minimal time to fit out the shop and prep it in time for the start of the peak in April/May.

If I can raise the capital and secure the shop before this I'm one step ahead of making this work and be a massive success, both as a walk in shop and as a online retailer.
