Who We Are

We specialise in Homestay management and student long term rental management and catering. We started in Sep 2018 with 34 units.

We have now been offered to manage another 74 units of homestay and 220 units for student rental in the same site (The Heights Residence, Ayer Keroh Malacca) and we are taking up the challenge. We have already rented 20 of the 220 units to students and is expected to reach 90% occupancy by June 2019.

For the homestay (vacation homes), we are unique as we manage it similar to a hotel, where we would have a reception, function for guests to use, an Executive Lounge and a self-service laundry. We also provide housekeeping, receptionist and concierge to assist the guests. This will make us the only homestay in Malaysia offering such services. The plan is to expand to other cities and countries when this is proven successful.

We are at 50% occupancy for the homestay (vacation homes) and is expected to reach 70% occupancy on yearly average. We are developing our Digital Marketing efforts and also our collaboration with tourist agencies.

With this expansion, we will need to:

• Expand our staff force
• Renovate and setup a mini market onsite
• Renovate a function room for stay-in guests and corporations
• Renovate the Reception area
• Renovate and equip a Self-Service Laundry for the Students and Homestay operations use

We are creating this Crowd-Funding project to fund the above activities.

Our Homestay

Elegant and Comfortably furnished, our homestay provides Guests with a comfortable and relaxing stay. Boasting to be situated atop the hill and is the highest condominium in Malacca, you can feel the breeze blowing through your hair which provides a sense of calmness. At night, the place is serene and peaceful. Enjoy your dinner and a cup of coffee in our Rubix café overlooking the swimming pool and the gym.

Our homestay caters to a wide variety of guests which include tourists, professionals and sales executives, overnight weekend company functions, team building activities and families with young children. Our Homestay is also Special Needs kids friendly. Catering to the needs of the family, the Homestay provides for light cooking in its suites and beverage making facilities.

Our elegant and minimalist designed suites provide for the guests’ comfort and space. We have 3 different types of suites:

Cozy Stay @ The Heights is an elegant and cozy homestay located at the top of Bukit Beruang Hills, 100 meters above sea level, with wonderful views of the sunrise, sunset and the beautiful night view of Malacca.

Malacca is located in the Southern region of Peninsular Malaysia between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. It is listed as a UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE CITY with booming economy in terms of Cultural Heritage Tourism Industry.

Malacca is also a hub for Medical Tourism. Many people from around South East Asia comes over for treatment in the hospitals in Malacca.

Malacca is also a great location for anyone looking to immerse themselves in a vast variety of centuries-old cultures. One of the most prominent cultures in Malacca is the Peranakan, also called Baba Nyonya, culture. Peranakan is mix of two very different cultures that began in the 15th century when the Chinese began immigrating to Malaysia and marrying the Muslim Malay women.

Nyonya food is a mixture of Chinese and Malay flavours, but also has a flavour that is distinctly unique. Head down to one of the many Peranakan restaurants in town to get a taste of the unique and delicious Peranakan meal.
