Why Coyofit?

What makes Coyofit different? How are we more than just another bunch of jewelry creators? Well, what makes us different is the reason behind our work. Our main objective with coming up with the idea of Coyofit is to give our deaf friends a new skill that they can earn a better living with. We have been volunteers with the deaf, and we’ve met some amazing people with creative skills worth admiring. Unfortunately, they are exploited and overworked just because they are deaf. Many skilled workers are not able to find jobs and literally have a hand-to-mouth existence.

Coyofit aims at helping these deaf workers get due compensation for their skills and live a dignified life. And it is our hope that Coyofit not just helps you complete your outfit, but also changes the life of any creative person without a voice.

What's The Funding For?

The funding/capital will mainly be used to kick start this endeavor. Few things that we need the funding for are listed below:

1. Purchase raw material in bulk for our deaf friends to work on.

2. Acquire a variety of bead designs, to expand our catalog of ‘Z-ita’ necklace and give you more options to buy from.

3. Since the deaf cannot wait for until the products are actually sold, we need to set aside funds to pay them right after they complete hand making a ‘Z-ita’ necklace.

After your assistance and this initial push, we aim at bootstrapping all operations within Coyofit and to grow it organically.
