Campaign Story
With the coronavirus pandemic increasing the need for food supplies it has put our 60 widowed families at a greater risk of food insecurity due to inflation and potential shortages during isolation in Pakistan.
We have been holding a monthly meal for our widows in Toba Tek Singh for over a year and have teams on the ground ready to distribute essential food items.
We conducted a soap distribution last week. However, the situation with food has changed dramatically and we therefor look to supply between 5kg - 8kg of chapatti flour, lentils and rice as a minimum costing around £5 per family.
Please donate and share what you can do we may respond to this urgent need as swiftly as possible.
