COVID-19 RELIEF FUND PAKISTAN

. As you are well aware of the current situation of the country due to the COVID-19, ever since the virus hit us & the country went into lockdown, hundreds and thousands of people have lost their jobs. According to the recent analysis the numbers can rise up to 12.3 million-18.5 million, which means that 12.3M families will be struggling to eat a decent meal even once a day. About 30% of these people are daily wagers which have no saving to help them survive these crises. Zareeb Foundation that has been serving humanity for over 4 years now by helping the underprivileged people of the society has launched a Ration Drive for all such affected families. We have collected the data of around 750 such families who are almost starving these days, and have been verified for the authenticity of their need. Thankfully with the help of our generous donors we were able to entertain around 250 families and provided them with ration bags worth Rs.5000/- each containing the basic food items including flour, rice, sugar, pulses & milk etc. But now as the lockdown hasn’t been lifted yet we are facing problems in collecting funds, as our current donors have exhausted all their resources already so, we humbly request you to please join hands with us in this noble cause of feeding the hungry. Our target as of now to entertain all the families listed is Rs. 2.5M which is indeed a big amount but together we can make it. Every little contribution is more than appreciated.
