COVID-19 IN NAGALAND

Hey!

Am from NorthEast part of India.

I am just an ordinary student trying to help my state but i don't have enough funds with me

There has been a lot of problems between the governments and the public as the government hasn't provided foods and shelter for tribal people.

I am from the state Nagaland which is still not developed and still a very backward place.

The people here are called as Naga people.

Most of the people in my village and uneducated. They work in their own fields and earn their living. But now, due to this sickness the whole village had been locked and they can't go to their fields.

Our village in the top of a mountain and all the fields are below the mountain so the governments won't allow them to go outside the village.

Many people in our village are suffering due to lack of food.

Here in India 1$ is a huge amount as our currency is very less compared to people from other countries. We can buy a bag of rice which can feed a lot of people with just 15$

Things we are doing

1.Free medical checkup for the poor.

2.Providing smart phones for the students so they can attend online classes.

3.Free emergency food and supplies for the poor.(especially daily wages workers)

4.Giving shelter and helping in exporting their goods for the people effected by mini cyclone

5. Providing proper electricity so that the students can attend and do online classes.

Things to do.

1. Make a place for quarantine as the people from our but living around the parts of India will be arriving.

2. Better food and shelter for the people in need.

3. Teaching the uneducated people to prevent from the virus

4.Giving wages to the people helping me.

5. Supplying more smart phones to the students.

I am gathering a some group of my friends who have been in school for a while.

So that we can teach then what the disease could do and how to prevent them.

I am guy who is 21 years old.And still student. Trying to my level best to help the poor.
