Covid 19 help

I am a working man, and I am here to ask for help to start a small online business. I had taken a loan in 2013 but due to medical emergency of my mom I was not able to start with that money. After many years of work I am seeking a financial assistance. I have saved little money however it is not sufficient to start the business. I require funding. Due to Covid-19 and the impact thereof I am currently experiencing a shortfall. I cannot do this on my own and will require some assistance from others. Entrepreneurs have the power to change the economic status, when the community helps businesses to grow, they will be able to hire the community members. I am from poor backgrounds and end up having no choice but to live hand to mouth. I know all this from firsthand experience, which is why I am here to ask for help for my business.
