Covid-19 Detector for public spaces

I am a 52 year old Laser technican / Software Programmer that is worried about the effects of Corona and I want to do my bit to help, for weeks I was watching the news and realised what is really needed is an early warning system that detects infected people.

After doing some tests based on pointing a heat controlling Laser beam at my hand to set specific temperarure of 38c I found that it will be possible to detect people with early stages of COVID 19 and much likely faster than existing tests based on blood samples. What I like to do now is take this further and manufactur a low cost thermal detector system to be placed in public spaces so that detects people infected with Corona COVID 19 as they walk past the detector. The system could then warn the infected person of abnormal tempeature and could also send a signal to the authorities using a web based application. The system will be based on thermal image capute as people walk past the detector. Software will detect the person and the abnormal temperatures.

At the moment I am using an expensive FLIR Camera to detect the different temperature and isolate the hot spot on my hand.

I need funding to get better software programmers involved and to buy more test equipment and then get into a very fast production of the devices.

This could turn into a global requirement, with the detectors being used in shops, malls, metro stations, busses, stadium entrances and more, therefore the project could turn out to be huge and I would not be able to do this single handed. So I think that everyone who helps to fund it will automatically become a shareholder based upon the size of the contribution. If funding grows enough the device should also get worldwide patent.
