Campaign Story
We (my wife Pim(Thai) and I Richard(Dutch both worked on Koh Samui for almost 12 years and it was doable. Over the years we changed to a more ecological way of thinking seeing all the garbage on the streets. Now we have a bit of land in the north east Isan Region in the country but because of the Covid crisis our incomes were cut off in a March 2020 and our dream to make a ecological farm with full organic food and natural fertilizers faded away. Now we are stuck on our little piece of land and nothing to do ecologically. We need money for a deep well which has a solar powered pump to water the land economically. Also the drips, nursery and mushroom farm needs to be setup but without the funds we can’t make our life back to normal to bcome true. We are trying to get straw bales to build our house as cheap as possible also. We are totally down on funds and we are lucky we have some friends who gave us money to get some food but we can’t get our ‘normal’ self sufficient life back on track since the money is too low to even think about something else.
