My Cousin Cynthia is 12 Years Old that has been battling hydrocephalus since birth. nothin can be done to his condition cause we dont want to risked her life for operation so we thought that in her moment we want to treat her a good party with his family because his family has been thru a lot financially. english is not my mother language i am so sorry and thank you for the understanding and for the support.
