Costa Rica Rafting Team to Japan

We are the Costa Rica Rafting Team, from Manuel Antonio Quepos and we have qualified for the World Rafting Championships in Japan 2017. The competition is from October 2nd through the 10th and it consists of four events: Time Trial, Head to Head, Slalom, and Down River Race. The team is made of 7 paddlers and the coach.

In 2014, we represented Costa Rica in the WRC in Brazil. We won a Bronze medal in the Slalom event. In 2015, we competed in the World Cup Yushu, China finishing in the 5th position. In 2016, we finished 7th overall at the WRC United Arab Emirates.

Locally we have been organizing events to raise funds but we are gonna need some extra help cover the team expenses. We want to invite you to be part of our sponsor group so that we can send our athletes perform competitively.
