Cosmin’s glaucoma surgery

First, I want to thank anyone for taking the time to read this.The reason behind this campaign is a strong will to help the guy in the picture. He was born like that, he barely sees anything.I' ve known him for more than 8 years and I feel he deserves this.My country is poor, I don't  have financial means also, as I would have payied for his surgery, so I figured I should ask for a little help.He was born like that, he barely sees anything. His old father is an alcoholic that never supported him like he should've done, he spent all of his money on booze and  parties after quiting his job and his mother is the only one working in his family, she is paid miserably. He is in debts, as a result of the expenses for previous treatments and his father's lifestyle. Please, if anyone can spare something, we, his friends, could never praise enough any person that can help, so he won't lose his eyesight completely.
