corrective cosmetic surgery after 2 Renal. Transplants

Hi my name is Anna and I was diagnosed at the age of 12 with Nephrosclerosis (Kidney problems) From what I recall at the age of 12 within 2 to 3 months after being diagnosed with Nephrosclerosis i had renal failure which was pretty shocking to the doctors. I did dialysis for a lil over 3 years and My first transplant was at the age of 16. But unfortunately I had renal failure 10 years later and was put back on dialysis for another 3 years before I received my second transplant in 2008. I'm currently doing great I just celebrated 6 years with this transplant Feb 2, 2014. The reason for my fundraiser is to help get some of my scarring from both of my transplants removed. This surgery would be considered corrective cosmetic and it wouldn't be covered under my insurance plan. Anything at this point would be greatly appreciated.
