Good day! I am Edwin Bautista. 56 years old suffering from cardio artery disease.
I am knocking at your door to help me with my medications because I could not continue working because of my condition and I was diagnosed that I have a CAD since , and I couldn't help and support my children financially. Especially with their education. I hope you can help me with my condition. And I really want to be able continue working.
