8th Grade Trip to Washington, D.C. Needs Your Help

The eighth grade class of Cornerstone Learning Community in Tallahassee, Florida is raising funds for its spring field trip to Washington D.C.   Funds will go towards transportation, lodging, and tickets for certain museums and theater events.  This is a great opportunity, and in order to make it affordable for every family, we've been fundraising for a year already, selling everything from fresh basil to hot cider to locally roasted coffee.  

We've Worked Hard, and Even Got Creative

Every single student has participated in this fundraising, and has a real stake in the trip.  We have raised a quarter of the total amount needed, and are making one final push by reaching out to our larger community of friends and family through this campaign.  We have created a stop motion video summarizing our efforts so far.  It's only five minutes long, but it took a lot of work!
