Campaign Story
I live at the Tannery in Santa Cruz. Please help me with this unexpected occurrence. Due to damage in my bathroom, I've received a 15 day notice to pay or be legally removed from my dwelling. This was previously in negotiations and I retained a lawyer, however now circumstances make the deadline of 15 days, set by management. I had no idea that from a leak in the shower which wasn't obvious to me, that this could happen. It seems inflated and expensive as well. I feel forced to pay them and there is the fee for the lawyer. Can you donate some to this need? Thank you very much.

Coral is being charged 6000.00 for damage she could not have known were happening and is being intimidated by the John Stewart Company for faulty plumbing that was not found by the regular inspections that Tannery residents are subjected to. They are trying to make her pay for something that she didn’t know about, couldn’t see and thus had no way of preventing.
