Thank you for checking our page. We are a student organization stationed in Tokyo, Japan.
Since 2015, we have been teaming up with KFKO in Teaksen Tbong Village in Siem Reap, Cambodia to help orphans seek a better education at an orphanage in this area. At this orphanage is a school for the orphans and children aged 6-18 years old living within the village. In addition, this school is home to about 20 children while schooling about 50. The only subject taught at this school is English. This is due to the shortage of teaching staffs which consists of 2 full time teachers, and 2 student teachers from the top class. However, teachers are not the only shortages. Textbooks, notebooks, and various things essential for education. Among all the things needed, we think that "books" would be the most helpful for the children.
Reasons are below
1 Children will be able to study at their own pace outside of classes including free times.
2 Children can learn to have moral views and be able to see things from different perspectives.
Thanks to supports from others, we have managed to gather enough books for the children. However, we lack the financial ability to gather resources and construct a library for the books donated to us. Therefore, we would like to ask for donations on this website. With the 10000 US Dollars, we would be able to construct a library that would be an educational place for the children and generations to come.
Rewards
We will carve your name on the wall of the newly built library
