Conserve Costa Rica

Frogs and turtles are not you typical beauties, but there home and lives are threatened every day. I am spending a month volunteering in Costa Rica. Two weeks funding goes to frog conservation through the Sustainable Amphiban Conservation of the Americas symposium. Due to deforestation many frog have there home destroyed as well as there food source. The rainforest is a delicate eco system,once you remove one factor it all crumbles down around us. Half of the money will go directly to frog conservation! The other two weeks will be spendt through the Glocal Volunteer Network Helping conserve sea turtle. They have been over hunted to the point of endangerment. Throught the conservation program we will be tagging turtles, digging up eggs and teaching people that sustainable hunting helps them and the turtles continue to thrive. Please help us help us repair the delicate ecosystem that has been disrupted. Thanks soooo much.... On a short note frogs and turtles ROCK!!!!
