My father Norberto Santiago has a Congestive Heart Failure, 1 week ago, my father had an edema and swelling all over his body that he cannot barely breathe so decided to bring him to ER and he was admitted in the Philippine Heart Center in Quezon City Philippines. He also has a series of tachycardia that is why they moved him to Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for close monitoring. The doctors recommended a series of treatment and procedures to save his life and also change his pacemaker from ICD to CRTD pacemaker. CRTD pacemaker helps the patients to function the heart normally. It is really expensive and need to raise funds as soon as possible to get his procedure done. I want my father to live, I love him so much. Please help me what ever you can. Your help can save my father's life.
