Congenital Heart Disease Treatment

I have been recently diagnosed to have Congenital Heart Disease - ATRIAL SEPTAL DEFECT SECUNDUM. There is a hole in the wall (septum) that divides the upper chambers (atria) of my heart. I need to go through an open heart surgery for my treatment soon.

I am a breadwinner and supporting my family. They are seeking for help for me but they are having such a hard time. It's the medicine that is supporting my heart now.
