Computer to make apps and websites

I am a very young (14) self-taught aspiring programmer. Since I was a kid, I had the passion for programming. I wrote my first line of code when I was 10. Currently, I am making small .NET programs and websites on a 3 year old computer. Upon discovery of the Swift programming language, I was fascinated by it. I spent some time learning it with tutorials and emulators. However, I was never able to actually properly execute it because I do not own a Mac which is necessary for the program XCode. And the absurd pricing of a MacBook is enough to throw my parents off of the descision. Due to my age, I am not able to work. I want to make apps and I need your help to do so.
