Completing our Loving Sister’s Journey

As some of you may know, our eldest Sister Renelyn de Guia- Castillo (Karen Castillo in FB or Oyie to family and close friends) has had a long bout with Cervical Cancer and succumbed to it last July 7, 2020. We are deeply thankful and appreciative of the help you have extended to her when she was still with us. She is now with the Lord Almighty.

We have sent the endorsement letters given by credit services of MMC to respective individuals for help with the finances but no response received yet. At this moment we have depleted and exhausted possible avenues to settle the amount, they would not give the death certificate that we need to claim for Government benefits that my deceased sister could have because of the amount owing.

We are humbly and sincerely asking for your help in alleviating the hospital expenses that have reached the amount of Php 633,432.80 (six hundred thirty three thousand, four hundred thirty two pesos and eighty centavos).

Any amount would be much appreciated.
