Campaign Story
Fred has always been a well-loved, independent member of our community, whose health has recently taken a turn for the worst. First he was being treated for Alzheimer's, but has since suffered several strokes, which have left him incapacitated and needing to rely on others for help. As you can imagine, it's quite a scary time for Fred and his lovely wife Brenda.
Sadly, Fred is not getting the support that he needs from the local government and charities, and Brenda's funds are limited, meaning that they are unable to afford the equipment and home help that Fred requires.
Please, please donate if you can. Even as little as €1 helps.
Additionally, we are having a fundraising day for Fred at The Grand Slam Inn in Kapparis on Sunday 20th January from 2:30pm. If you are able, please pop along.
