College Education Students of West Celebes College Institute Inc. want to reach out children in mountainous area of Lebak, Sultan Kudarat, Philippines to initiate feeding program, free services like haircutting and massage, mentor and teach them basic knowledge, and bring them basic needs like clothing and blankets.
