We know times are tough and things are tight all around. On account of this, our services are in even higher demand.
We truly do appreciate anything you can do to help us succeed in our mission and please know that you really are helping to make a difference in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and an infinite amount of lives. I would like to offer a heartfelt Thank you for your consideration, no matter the outcome".

Commonwealth REACT: New England’s 1st Emergency Support Agency (ESA)
Commonwealth REACT is the first Agency of its kind in New England. Though we work very closely with F.E.M.A., M.E.M.A., V.O.A.D., various towns, departments and charities, we are an independent, privately owned and operated agency.
The “ESA” designation allows us to parallel the best practices of an Emergency Management Agency (EMA) while maintaining the autonomy and flexibility to continue other pursuits that may help the community.
These include, but are not limited to:
- Building and maintaining an emergency communications and notification network.
- Developing and deploying Fire Rehab & Canteen Teams.
- Planning and executing Municipal & Civic events.
- Assisting and contributing to other Charity Organizations.
- Assess, develop, train and implement for any further needs of Emergency personnel or the community.
Commonwealth REACT has been serving the cities and towns of Massachusetts and Rhode Island since 2007. We have grown by 350% over the past 2 years, but lack the critical funding to continue our much needed services to the community.
We currently have a fleet of 3 vehicles that need to be insured, lettered and repaired. Our equipment is well past its prime and constantly breaking down. In addition to being 100% volunteer across the board, we also DO NOT charge those in need of our services.
