We are drawn to places where we can be ourselves. Whether we want to feel seen and known or escape and dream. People want a third space – somewhere that isn’t home or work – where they can connect and create. This is why all great communities have their unique pubs, coffee shops, skate parks, farmers’ markets and front porches.

As it turns out, there are lots of people in Fayette County looking for this very thing – a classy, comfortable, cozy place where they can meet a friend or read a book or get some work done.

After several years of talking, listening and researching we are ready to launch Common House – the third space Fayette County has been waiting for.

We are a community-inspired space with really good coffee, long hours and an atmosphere designed to inspire.
