Combat Veteran survived suicide attempt

My name is Roland Lanyon and I'm a combat veteran from the Iraq War. I have struggled with suicidal urges as I have attempted to readjust from combat. I recently shot myself in an actual attempt with a 9mm ruger yet somehow survived. the bullet destroyed my jaw and lodged itself behind myeft eye severing my optic nerve on the way. Ao I'm blind in my left eye. They took the fibula out of my right leg and used it to reconstruct my jaw and face. I have been in hospital for 3 months healing but recently have returned home. Being as how I survived I have to address serious plumbing issues I had intended to not worry about. Two Giant trees In my back yard have took root and destroyed all the plumbing and water lines and septic and flooded the whole area with smelly water. I need to replace all of it and the cabinets in. My kitchen and my Laundry room. I need help I'm messed up bsd
