Please Help Me Finish My College Degree

Hi! My name is Joshua Baraquia and I live in the Philippines. I am currently in my 3rd year studying Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Our life is like an average family where we be able to eat three times a day. I've been self supporting my needs for my college and I can't provide everything that I need like a laptop, books and my payment for the tuition fee is not enough. There is no student debt being offered to students wherein you can study now and pay it later, but I have debt from people who does that kind of business and the percentage increase is high that's why I am seeking for help I don't want toto live my life in debt. Also I need allowance for myself, so my salary from my part time job is not really enough. I am really begging for a small help from you so I can finish my college and so I can pay it forward later when I get a good job cause I know how hard life is when your'e poor.
