College Tuition/Exam fee

I'm Juevayne Gaguan. I'm currently a BSIT student in Christ the King College in Gingoog City. It's a private Catholic College and I got in because of the help of an academic scholarship, but it did not last for too long for the school only promises temporary place for each student in that scholarship, I tried other scholarships to cover for my tuition but still did not last because government found aren't always reliable the last government academic assistance I applied into shutdown the fundings and all students that is part of that project got affected including me, some stopped going to college and lost hope. I have taken part-time jobs yet the pay that I get still can't cover my tuition/exam fees. The college that I'm currently enrolled in demands full payment in every semester if possible if not full, we can only promise-sorry to pay only the 75% of the tuition if it cannot be paid within that day a student is not allowed to take an exam that is how strict they are with payments. I still struggle to pay even that 75% of the allowed half of payment and my parents certainly can't afford to give me that specific percentage amount of money for they are only terminal vendors, and the place where I live in doesn't have much part-time jobs to offer for students such as myself. I cannot specify the amount of fee because it changes per year depends on how many is the allowed subjects/units a student takes or can take if a student doesn't have any failing grades from the previews semester.
I'm hoping for your kind hearts in this platform to help me with this little problem that I have with college. All I ask is a helping hand from you. Thank you if ever you think I'm worth a shot of your money.
