I'm a newly graduated person with the hopes of going to school and becoming a therapist. But I can't pay for it alone. A degree in Psychology to become a therapist takes at least 6 years, and that adds up to a large amount of money.
I discovered my passion for Psychology during my senior year, and discovered that I was actually good at that and that pursuing a career in the field would actually be very useful to society, and would allow me to help people on a personal level.
College isn't just going to be a single track towards a degree in Psychology. I also plan on continuing my 5 year Orchestra "career" (for lack of better term), study languages (mostly a continuation of German), and study creative writing with the hopes of publishing a book or two (or more!) while I can.
This is easily one of the big milestones in life I'm looking forward to, since it's a big step to pursuing my dreams and passions in life.
