College tuition for 5 Siblings

My mother had an accident last year that causes very serious injuries, which she died after, I was trying to raised funds before for her, but it was not accepted here, if I had only the money, I think I could have saved her. Now, as a daughter, I would want to help my father raised money for the college fund of my 5 more siblings that are still in high school. I promised my mom that I will take care of my siblings, and I know that providing them a college fund is the best way to help them. We will accept anything as a donation, I know that my siblings are not so smart, but they have honors, they are also good people. I want to give them the most important treasure my mother could have provided them and it is education. Thank you.
