College Tuition

I’m 19 year old college student from Croatia. I’m studying Information sciences on Faculty of humanities and social sciences. The reason I have to pay tuition is I haven’t passed all the tests I needed to because of my lung sickness. I payed most of my loan trying to work and continue to educate at the same time. Lately I have a lot to study and have no time to work. My parents can’t help me because of their big loans for my health care. I would never ask for money from anyone but it got to this where I’m feeling really helpless.
