College student in italy needs help with deposit

Hello, I am a female college student in her freshman year. I am studying abroad in Italy (originally I am from California). I am attending this university for all four years and that is why I got an apartment (cheaper than student housing). Recently I was scammed out of $230 and I completely forgot I would need to pay my landlord a deposit of 750 euro when I arrive at the apartment. I just need $930 dollars (about 750 euro) so I can know that I have enough money to make it until my school sends me my leftover loan money. Thank you :)
