Campaign Story
My name is Mia Womack and I am volunteering this August in Belize with the International Volunteer HQ program. I will be partaking in research and removal of invasive marine species from local coral reefs, identification scuba dives to monitor coral reef bleaching and learning how we can protect our reefs from global warming/climate change, as well as doing beach clean ups. I am a 2nd year college student, majoring in Marine Biology and I hope to help as much as I can on this trip as well as gain experience for my future career. Anything helps!
