College money for Bipolar Student

I am attending college to be an Historic Preservation Specialist.  I am bipolar/manic depressive and have had a really hard time finding scholarships for someone with my disability.  I have been through all the scholarship websites and can't find any to fit my situation or major.
It's a 2 year degree and I chose it because Historic items of all kinds are my passion.  This course just fit me to a tee.
I would have no problem writing an essay or getting a notice from my psychiatrist to prove my disability if it helps me get these donations.
My boys are 20&22 so college will be MUCH easier for me this time.
The money would be used to pay my first years tuition and my first semesters books...might have enough left to get the second semesters books as well.
