College in Australia!!

Hi everyone, my name is Nikki. I'm 30 years old and currently reside in Pannsylvania USA.  I would like to go to Sydney Australia to finish College.  I have an associates degree but still I'm struggling to find work that will suppoert me with out needing a second job.  i have attempted to go back to college here but it seems i'm at an impasse.  I have a choice, either I can pay my bills, work full time at my swing shift job and afford to just get bye, or I can go to school and try to work part time jobs and hope I can make it.  i don't like the idea of going to school and then coming out and not finding good work again like many of my friends have either. So i began to look at my options...

I should note I have no family to help me with any of this so sadly no safty net.

But I do have a best friend who greew up like me... In true and absolute poverty so he too knows where I came from and the struggles of being alone.

He headed over to Australia almost 3 years ago and is nearly done wtih his Masters degree.  After hearing about my struggles here in the good old USA he has once again offered me free room and board... and this time I said yes.  BUT I still have one issue, I need to get the cash to fly down (and the AU gov requiers that you have the money to fly in and back so $2650 Us dollars), I need to pay for my visa (between $300 to $600) and to get a little extra for books and such.  I'll get help from the AES to pay for my classes and most of my books but there is still the issue of saving money.

That's why I'm asking for help.  My job pays my bills, and I take all the OT I can, but the AES gets a mortgage payment each month so I can only save $50 -$100 a month.  I had hopped to be in Sydney by January 2015.  So help a girl out and give me some cash.  I want to go to College but I also would love to travle while in Australia so any extra will go to that.
