I entered the military during their experimetal phase of college educational benifits. I was yet a teenager, and was sending money home to my family. Yet, the military demanded that I contribute money from each paycheck to be eligeable for college funding. Due to the personal responsibilities, I chose not to.

I have since retired from the Marines and have held a full time job for the last 13yrs (Mostly in a managerial positon). I am supporting two families with my income.

I have been attending the University of Phoenix for the last two years, obtained an AABM degree and am one year away from completing my Bachelors degree.I have a 3.85 GPA, and have great ambitions for the future that having a degree will allow me to obtain.

The government loans do not completely pay for the tuition, and I do not qualify for grants. I need some help.

A hand up, not a hand out.
