College funding for living and more

I'm a college student in need of your help, college is kind enough to give a scholarship, but sadly it is not enough to pay apartment rent, buy daily nor getting all material required which comes really expensive. they can't raise it anymore. I'm receiving scholarship because I'm from rural town Golfito, around 350 Kilometers (218 miles) south from college, away from family. mom tries to send some money from time to time, but it goes difficult on her.
