College fee and general expenses

Hello, I am currently studying in Hungary in college(Engineer IT Specialist) and the reason for my fundraising is that my dad passed away when I was 14 and I live with my mom alone who is in debt (of debt they took up together and was calculated to be paid by two person) and we don't have enough money sometimes for food at the end of the month.
I tried working a student job but got nothing and barely could make past a month with the student loan I got (every last week of the month I was happy to eat the most coarse bread possible at least).
So this fund raising would be generally for tuition fee, food and living expenses(The university I study in is in another city so I live in a dormitory most of the time) until I can get that far in college that any company would consider me as an intern in my profession.
