College Dream

In everything that I do I strive for excellence. I was taught to have big dreams and work my hardest to make them come true. For me a solid education will be my key, my outlet towards a great and bright future.
I look to achieve the many goals that I have set not just for myself but for those I see around me especially those in my home country of Nigeria. I have seen poverty and I have seen riches but I know that it takes individuals with innovative ideas to jump start nations. My dream is to one day open and own various businesses and organizations, supplying people with jobs and homes. It is truly a blessing that I have been born and raised in America where I have the privilege to see a better side of life but how can I say that I am proud of my origin and heritage and yet not try to uplift the people that share my culture, heritage and blood?
Investing in a solid education in someone who aspires to make a difference in the world is a gift that is given to many but as we know college is ridiculously expensive I recently got accepted into NYU and every donation will surely be put towards furthering my education.
