Coffee and Fudge Food Truck

I have a dream to start a Coffee Truck that will in future grow into opening my own Coffee shop one day. I have started a small fudge business from home and want to take it to the next level. I have 12 years experience as a Chef and feel that it is time to start working on making my dream a reality. I have a passion for coffee and a passion for food so why not combine the two. The idea behind the truck it to get to know my market and clients hands on. To establish relationships and to look at what is needed to grow and make it into a financial success. The truck will be available for private functions like weddings and corporate events. The truck will also be traveling to different spots around South Africa. I want to create an app in the future where clients can order coffee on the go and it can be fetched at specific locations. Loyalty programs on the app to bring back returning clients. This all can develop into a bigger picture when one day a shop front can be opened and food items can be introduced to the market. Concentrating on Good Quality Food, Excellent Service and Value for Money. So in hindsight i would love the opportunity to start my own business and expanding it to something i can be proud of and share my knowledge and making every client experience the joy and love i have for what i do in every cup of coffee.
