Cocoa & Company’s purpose is to provide management consulting services for the black millennial business owner. Due to historic social and economic oppression, the black business owner has additional obstacles to overcome and faces a different set of challenges than their peers. The millennial is rapidly changing the economy and with the rapid advancement of technology, business as we know it has changed, especially for the small business.
