Cochlear Implant for Younis

Regarding my child Younis he is a 2 years old now, we just discovered that he is not hearing us since he was 7 months, when we were talking to him or calling him but he was not looking, acting or answering us we thought that because he is still baby and maybe its normal because he is laughing and crying when we playing with him.
We went to a hospital to check his ears and hearing after the test the doctor told us that he has severe hearing loss! we made many tests and checked with different hospitals to insure that and to confirm that.
We got him a hearing aids device just to be used to it and to improve the hearing nerve, but still no progress
The final the doctor said that we are so lucky because we discovered the issue when he so young and we need to consider an cochlear Implant operation,
we lost already more than one year to save money to get the device, the issue here that the single device and the operation is very expensive, it's cost around "$15,000" for the one ear only, plus the speech sessions needed after the operation.. time is very tight every day we loose will effect his hearing & speaking..
