Coast to Coast Motorcycle Trip

Hey Everybody!
To start off with, my name is Phil. I am a 21 year old college student from New Orleans, Louisiana. Currently residing in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I am in my 3rd year at LSU working towards a business finance degree. I started this page to raise money for my coast to coast motorcycle trip!I have not owned a car in almost 7 years now! My motorcycles have been my only form of transportation these past years. I have really fallen in love with riding. This has always been a dream of mine. I want to earn the title "Iron Butt".

I will be documenting my entire trip for all of ya'll! I will follow all the national guide lines outlined by the IBA. Any of you motorcycle Iron butts out there that have completed this journey you know how expensive it can be. I will be riding solo. I will be riding my sport touring 2012 Kawasaki Ninja Zx-14r for this trip. Touring the United States on a motorcycle is one of the best experiences any one can have, but it is also a very expensive one. I will be camping along the route in various National Parks that I have maped out to save as much money as possible! Motorcycles are very high matience vehicles, with that being said this money I am raising will all go towards new tires, brakes, oil, etc. A maintained motorcycle is a safe motorcycle! I want to raisie as much as I can so I can leave for the trip on my 22nd Birthday!
