CLUBFOOT TREATMENT FOR BABY ZADKIEL

A new born baby is a gift and happiness a mother is always praying and dreaming of. On Jan 10, 2019 my sister, ANA MEI JAYSON gave birth to my nephew through Cesarean Section, he only weighs 1.8kg as small as a bottle of 750mL softdrink, which is not appropriate to his age and aside from that he has a health condition called CLUBFOOT which needs to be treated immediately.

" Clubfoot is a congenital condition (present at birth) that causes a baby’s foot to turn inward or downward. It can be mild or severe and occur in one or both feet. In babies who have clubfoot, the tendons that connect their leg muscles to their heel are too short. These tight tendons cause the foot to twist out of shape.

Clubfoot is one of the most common congenital birth defects. It occurs in about 1 in every 1,000 babies born in the U.S. and affects more boys than girls. In fact, boys are twice as likely to be born with clubfoot.

Usually, a baby born with a clubfoot is otherwise healthy with no additional health problems. In a small percentage of births, it occurs as part of a more serious condition like spina bifida.

Know that having clubfoot is not a painful condition for your baby. Most of the time, clubfoot can be corrected while your child is a still a baby. Treatment should begin a week or two after birth. Correction methods vary from manual foot manipulation over time to surgically fixing the foot.

There is a high success rate for treating clubfoot. After correction, your child should be able to participate in a variety of physical activities and lead a normal life. Children who do not get treatment for clubfoot will not be able to walk normally. Their foot or feet will remain deformed."--familydoctor.org

Ako, bilang isang Auntie ni Baby Zadkiel ay taos-pusong kumakatok sa inyong mga puso na sana ay mabahigaan nyo siya ng konti kung ilan man ang meron kayo sa inyong mga bulsa, kahit magkano po ang malaking tulong na po yan sa amin lalo na't mahaba-habang gamotan po ito. Bilang isang Ina din, gusto ko ring maranasan ni Baby Zadkiel and normal na buhay at makalakad siya ng normal.

Ang kanyang ina ay isang Factory Worker at ang kanyang ama ay hindi na namin mahagilap kaya doble o triple po ang sakit na nararamdaman nya ngayon. AT kahit man lang sa paggawa ng FUND RAISING na ito, ay sana mabigyan natin ng ko ting ngiti at kulay ang buhay ng mag-ina kahit wala na ang ama ni Baby Zadkiel.
